Project description: WestCord Hotels appointed Horwath HTL to valuate both real-estate and exploitation of eleven of its hotels. The valuation has been executed according the International Valuation Standards in the RICS Red Book.

Horwath HTL solution: By analyzing the different hotel locations, surroundings and products, the supply and demand of hotels and conducting a financial analysis, Horwath HTL delivered a valuation of the entire WestCord Hotels portfolio.

Project status: The valuation of the WestCord Hotels portfolio has been completed and will be used for their strategic planning, whilst it forms a legitimate representation of the business towards financial institutions.
