Project description: For the new to build YOTEL in Amsterdam-North, Horwath HTL was asked to prepare a RevPAR analysis. Sustainability is an important pillar for the hotel. For instance, a unique circular water system will be installed.

Horwath HTL solution: In order to deliver an independent and reliable RevPAR analysis, Horwath HTL performed a supply and demand analysis, location analysis and investigated financial projections based on a fair-share analysis.

Project status: The YOTEL Amsterdam-North was opened in autumn 2019.
