The Benelux Hotel Market Sentiment Survey 2018

Horwath HTL presenteert de nieuwste Hotel Market Sentiment Survey voor de Benelux.

Het onderzoek geeft een beknopt beeld van de marktverwachtingen voor de hotelindustrie, vanuit het perspectief van de lokale hotelmanagers. Het onderzoek is gericht op de huidige projecties voor bezettingsgraad, gemiddelde kamerprijs en totale omzet, en op de ervaringen en verwachtingen van de hoteliers.

In het rapport zijn de uitkomsten opgenomen voor België, Nederland en Luxemburg. Van de bijna 300 deelnemers komt 72% uit Nederland, en 28% uit België en Luxemburg.

Het sentiment in de hotelmarkt in de Benelux is dit jaar sterk gestegen, wat wijst op  met een hogere mate van optimisme.
